Iris Shipping & Returns

 

SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in South Africa at a flat rate of R100 for standard delivery, which takes 3-5 business days from the date of collection, depending on your location. Deliveries to outlying areas may take longer.

Processing & Tracking

Please allow 1–2 days after purchase for your order to be processed. Please note that processing times may vary and can take longer during product launches, new drops or sale times due to increased order volume.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your parcel’s progress. Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days of purchase, if not sooner.

Delivery Delays & Responsibility

We strive for timely deliveries but cannot control delays due to courier operations or high order volumes. Iris understands that you want your order delivered to you as soon as possible and we will try our best to achieve this, however delivery time may be dependent on your delivery address and our courier partners.

Please note that, once the parcel is with the courier, it is in their hands. But if your order is late, let us know within 25 days. Claims made after that can’t be processed, so make sure to reach out in time.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Iris pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer store credit for unworn items returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, with all packaging included and no signs of wear visible.

Return Guidelines:
  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet our return criteria.
  • How to Return: To initiate a return, email us at info@iristhelabel.co.za.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping: The original shipping cost is non-refundable and will not be included in any credit notes issued.
  • Final Sale Items: Sale and final-sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for earrings. 
  • Order Accuracy: Please review your order carefully before finalising your purchase.
  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund for store credit within 5 business days.

Damaged Items: 

We take pride in our pieces and are sure to inspect all items before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged as a result of negligence during transit, please email
info@iristhelabel.co.za within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the damage along with your order number. We will then be able to assess and handle these cases individually.

Please note that Iris reserves the right to refuse a return on any items received back in unsatisfactory condition.
