Begin by filling out our Custom Enquiry Form here. Share your ideas, inspiration, budget, and timeline. The more detail you provide, the better we can bring your vision to life.
- Enquiry – Submit your consultation form.
- Quotation & Deposit – Receive a quote (valid for 7 days). A 50% deposit secures your project.
- Design & Approval – We create CAD renderings for your approval, with amendments if needed.
- Production – Once approved, production begins. Manufacturing usually takes 12-15 working days from the date of final approval.
- Delivery – Your finished piece will be beautifully packaged and delivered straight to you via insured courier.
We only accept a limited number of custom projects each month. This ensures every piece receives the attention, care, and craftsmanship it deserves.
Each quote is unique to your project. Pricing depends on factors such as:
- Metal type and weight
- Choice of stones
- Engraving
- Design and setting complexity
Yes! We love working with heirloom or sentimental stones, provided they are in good condition. Our team will carefully assess each stone before setting it into your new design.
We do not rework old gold due to inconsistencies in alloys. However, we can offer you a credit toward your new piece based on the current gold price, less a 15% refining fee. This credit is applied to your final invoice.
Custom projects require a minimum of 4–6 weeks from enquiry to delivery. Timelines vary depending on design complexity, stone sourcing, and production.
Absolutely. We create CAD renderings so you can visualise your piece. Nothing goes into production until you’re 100% happy and give final approval.
You will have the chance to review and amend your design during the CAD stage, with one round of refinements included. Once you’ve approved the design and production has begun, the order is final. Custom pieces cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Completed pieces are packaged with care and shipped via insured courier, both locally and internationally.
