Rehoming a piece means giving it new life. Earn money while contributing to the circular economy and sharing in our passion for timeless design.

Each piece is hand selected to suit our look and feel. We thoughtfully select high-quality, pre-loved or vintage pieces in excellent condition. Think: sterling silver, solid gold, antique stones, one-of-a-kind details, and timeless designs. Please note, watches need to be in working condition in order to be listed. 

Once your piece has been received, please allow up to 7 business days for processing. During this time, we will assess the condition, craftsmanship, and market demand, and then send you a pricing proposal along with our consignment terms for your approval. 

We work on a 30% commission basis, meaning we retain 30% of the final sale price. The remaining 70% is paid out to you once your item is sold. There are no upfront fees and we only take our commission if and when your piece sells.

That’s where we come in. We will evaluate your piece based on:

• Metal content and weight (e.g. grams of gold or silver)
• Overall condition and craftsmanship 
• Stones, setting, and design details
• Market demand and comparable resale trends
  
  

We will then propose a resale price, but you will always have the final say before we list your piece.

Once your item sells, payouts are processed ona four-week cycle via direct deposit. You’ll receive a breakdown of your sale and your earnings, with full transparency. Consignors are paid on a 4 week cycle via direct deposit. After your approval of pricing etc our team can start selling and re-homing your pieces.

We list each item for a standard 90-day consignment period. If your piece hasn’t sold by then, we’ll be in touch to discuss next steps:

• Return: We can courier your piece back to you (shipping costs apply).
• Re-listing: We may recommend adjusting the price or placing it in a future drop.
  
  

Please note:

• Any cleaning or repair costs required prior to listing will be outlined in advance.
• These fees are non-refundable and invoiced in the case of a return.
• All items are insured and stored securely while in our care.
• Sellers are required to sign a short consignment agreement before listing.

Yes, if you have more than one item to sell, we are happy to curate a mini personal collection as part of a future drop.

Our focus is vintage and heirloom jewellery, but we will accept modern pieces if they meet our standards for quality, uniqueness, and craftsmanship.

No. All vintage and resale items are final sale and not eligible for discounts. We honour the integrity of each piece and believe that their character and slight imperfections are part of what makes them beautiful.
