Whether you are modernising an heirloom, designing a bespoke piece from scratch, or adding a personal touch to one of our classics, we are here to guide you every step of the way and to make the process feel personal, intentional, and deeply special.
THE CUSTOM PROCESS
1. Enquire
Complete our Custom Consultation Form, sharing your ideas, budget and timeline. We'll be in touch within 2-3 working days to start your journey.
2. Quote & Deposit
Receive a quote within 7 working days. A 50% deposit confirms your order and begins the design process.
3. DESIGN & APPROVAL
3D CAD renderings will be sent. You can request changes, and once approved, we move on to production.
4. PRODUCTION
We will begin handcrafting your piece after final approval and once the remaining deposit has been paid. Production takes 12–15 working days.
5. DELIVERY
Your piece will be beautifully packaged and delivered via insured courier, locally or internationally.
